We ask everyone to not come to the office if you feel that you may have been exposed to COVID-19 or have any symptoms of acute respiratory illness (cough, shortness of breath, fever, sore throat, loss of smell or taste etc.).If you feel you may have symptoms of COVID-19 please contact your primary doctor by phone or email. Thank you for being considerate of our office space.

Cancellation Policy: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your initial appointment or a returning appointment scheduled. We enforce a strict cancellation policy. You will be charged half the amount normally charged for your scheduled appointment if cancellation or rescheduling is less than 24 hours. Thank you for your time and understanding.
